E.J. Leizerman established his practice in 1976.
E.J. has served in the past as the Chairman of the American Association for Justice's (AAJ) Railroad Section. He has also served on the Board of Managers for the Academy of Rail Labor Attorneys for many years, serving as the Secretary, Treasure, Vice-President, and President. He has also served Board of Managers Representative for all past presidents. He has decades of experience handling Federal Employers Liability Act (FELA) claims across the nation with groundbreaking decisions and verdicts to his credit.
E.J. is a board certified civil trial advocate, who has served as an examiner for the civil board exam. He is also a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and serves as Designated Legal Counsel for both the Brotherhood of Locomotive Engineers and Trainmen, and the United Transportation Union.
He lives at home with his wife and occasional child visiting from college. His hobbies include spending time with his grandson, golfing, fly fishing, and collecting sports paraphernalia.
